About the event
We are offering our current year 10-12 athletes the chance to take part in a week long training camp during the summer holidays. The camp is organised by our Parents’ Association and all proceeds will go the club to fund equipment purchases and support our coaches and athletes.
The majority of the camp will be single sculling and will focus on performance development and techniques such as power development.
In addition, there will be educational workshops looking at sleep, nutrition, psychology and video analysis. The camp offers an opportunity to gain some 1 to 1 support in preparation for the upcoming season.
Most importantly the camp is a chance to have fun and build a team ethos.
Places are limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis.
